Do Twoich obowiązków będzie należało:
Responsibilities:
- identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across the DACH region,
- schedule and coordinate sales appointments and conference calls for Account Executives,
- research client needs and align them with the company service offerings,
- manage and nurture the lead generation process from prospecting to engagement,
- maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure consistent sales funnel reporting,
- serve as the key point of contact between prospects and internal stakeholders.
Oczekujemy :
Requirements:
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience,
- 3+ years of proven experience in business development in the IT industry,
- fluent in German and very good English (must-have),
- excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills,
- strong organizational and presentation abilities with a consultative sales approach,
- familiarity with CRM tools and a track record of meeting KPIs.
